Dear Church Family,

This coming Sunday, September 14th, we will gather at all three services to celebrate God's ongoing work through Wellspring Church and to share our vision for where we believe He is leading us next. During these services, our members will also vote to ratify our upcoming budget and incoming board members.

This website allows you to review our financials and learn about our new board members before Sunday's vote. Please take your time exploring the information below. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Voting will open on Sunday 9/14/25 at 9am and will remain open until 9pm that evening. You can vote here.

Humbly,

Jeff Gayle Director of Operations Wellspring Church

2024/25 Expected Giving vs. Actual Giving

Each year, our Finance Committee conducts a thorough analysis of historical giving patterns and financial trends to predict our expected Tithes and Offerings for the upcoming fiscal year. This detailed process helps us create responsible budgets and ministry plans. The graph you see here provides a visual comparison between those carefully calculated predictions and what actually came in throughout the year—all made possible thanks to your incredible generosity and faithful commitment to supporting the mission of Wellspring Church.

Current Balance Sheet

August 2025 Balance Sheet.pdf

A balance sheet is a financial statement that provides a snapshot of an organization's financial position at a specific point in time. It shows what the church owns (assets), what it owes (liabilities), and the difference between the two (equity or net assets). This document provides a comprehensive overview of our financial health and trajectory, giving important context for our ministry planning and helping ensure transparency with our congregation.

2024/25 Planned Spending vs. Actual Spending

In our commitment to financial transparency and accountability, we closely monitor how our actual spending compares to our planned budget throughout the year. This tracking helps us ensure we're being good stewards of the resources God has provided through your generosity. This graph shows how our actual expenses have tracked against our budget month by month.
